Were looking for a People Operations Specialist/Lead to help build and scale our people infrastructure across regions. Youll join a collaborative high-performing People Operations team working closely with our Kraken Capabilities team and business leaders.

This role is critical to ensuring a brilliant seamless experience across the employee lifecycle - from post-offer onboarding through to off-boarding - while continuously improving our systems and processes to enhance both individual and organisational performance.
