Job Summary

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Across the State of New Mexico

Summary

A Travel Physical Therapist is needed to support rehabilitation services statewide. This position involves working in multiple types of settings and requires a clinician who is flexible independent and committed to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate functional impairments and diagnose mobility limitations

Create individualized treatment programs

Deliver manual therapy therapeutic activities and patient education

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Teach patients and families home exercise routines

Ensure high-quality therapy outcomes while traveling between facilities

Work across New Mexico as assigned

New Mexico PT license (active or eligible)

Accredited PT degree (DPT or MSPT)

1 year recent PT experience (OP/acute/SNF/HH/inpatient rehab)

AHA BLS certification

Ability to float and adjust to new clinical settings quickly

Preferred

Multi-setting background

Strong communication and time-management

Travel assignment experience

Spanish-speaking ability
