Role Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a fast-paced acute care team. This day-shift opportunity is ideal for an RRT experienced with ventilator management and critical care support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer all aspects of Respiratory Care Therapy and supportive equipment under leadership supervision.
Assist with intubation and ventilator set-up/management in critical care.
Provide therapy management and diagnostic evaluation for patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
Collect and evaluate patient data through testing and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management documenting all education provided.
Collaborate with care teams to foster an optimal environment for patient care goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensure & Certification

Current valid New Jersey Respiratory Care License
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
BLS ACLS PALS (American Heart Association)

Education

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills & Experience

Adaptable and able to respond to changing patient needs in a high-acuity environment
Physically able to lift/push/pull at least 5 lbs and stand during patient care
