Job Summary
Description
- Performing a variety of tasks related to the facilities and maintenance of the suite
- Performing daily cleaning vacuuming & sanitizing
- Performing MAC and Event support activities
- Performs general manual labor tasks including loading unloading lifting and moving materials
- May perform day porter functions and disinfecting
- Assisting Facility Technicians as needed in supporting Facility Operations

Requirements
- 5 years of Custodial/Janitorial experience in an office/lab environment
- Familiar with standard cleaning techniques and operation of custodial equipment
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Computer literate
