Job Summary
Job Title: Network Administrator Consultant
Location: Columbia SC (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Note:we are looking for people eligible for security clearance
Position Description
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking Network Administrator Consultantfor an exciting job in Columbia SC.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to support cloud migration of file and application storage.
Monitor and support Azure/cloud storage systems to resolve performance issues across devices and partner endpoints.
Ensure successful integration of application services hosted in state data centers.
Manage user/group access security configurations file archiving password policies and resource utilization.
Evaluate system interactions assess the impact of system changes and optimize performance.
Conduct usability and performance testing to improve reliability scalability and security.
Communicate the implications of cloud storage decisions across systems and subsystems.
Assess and articulate the capabilities of Azure cloud storage in alignment with project goals.
Support architectural frameworks for DevOps-driven system development and maintenance.
Collaborate with Security End User Support Network Services and Communications teams on Azure infrastructure design.
Implement security measures to mitigate vulnerabilities within the Microsoft cloud tenant.
Participate in scheduled maintenance activities during off-hours or weekends as required.
Mentor junior team members.
Manage enterprise storage systems lifecycle processes and capacity planning.
Deploy and maintain system agents monitoring tools and security/auditing software.
Use virtualization and remote administration tools for troubleshooting and environment assessment.
Administer enterprise fax communication systems to ensure reliable secure and compliant operations.
Required Skills
24 years of experience with Azure Cloud Microsoft 365/Office 365 and virtualization technologies
24 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory
24 years of experience with open-source frameworks (e.g. )
24 years of experience with PowerShell scripting
3 years of experience with Proofpoint
Preferred Skills
Experience with datacenter cloud and network infrastructure
Knowledge of user/group management authentication and GPO security policies
Familiarity with JavaScript HTML5 and SQL Server
