Overview:

A well-established and growing outpatient orthopedic clinic in Rochester NY is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join the team. Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available. Candidates with 30 hours with 4 weekdays of availability will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload with some spine and vestibular cases. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 63-75 patients per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive depending on experience and qualifications. A bonus for productivity is also available.

Benefits are offered including Medical Dental PTO 401k and continuing education allowance.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday. Working Monday and Thursday until 6pm is preferred. No weekends. No major holidays! The work schedule is flexible based on the needs of the candidate hired.

Job Requirements:

  • Eligible for NY state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • 3 years of experience is preferred.

  • MDT / McKenzie training is highly preferred.

  • Experience or interest in spine and vestibular rehabilitation is preferred.

  • Open to new grad PTs and PTs of all experience levels.

  • Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.

  • Candidates with 30 hours and 4 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
