Learning Partnership Manager (Business Development) (2 Years Contract)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of SIA Academy. He/She is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to grow the Academys business. This includes identifying and qualifying new leads developing proposals tailoring and offering suitable programs per learning needs and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B business development.

This is a 2-Years Contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to identify potential customers and target segments and establish business prospects (eg. cold calling networking industry events) to understand clients learning needs
• Develop marketing collaterals to support business development (eg. pitch decks)
• Derive proposal for provision of learning & development services for prospects
  • To include structured pricing and milestones for delivery;
  • Work closely with subject matter experts from training team on learning needs analysis courseware development to ensure client requirements are met

Account Management

• Build and maintain relationship with key partners provide excellent customer service and be proactive to look out for opportunities to introduce relevant Learning & Development services
• Monitor delivery milestones to ensure services are delivered as per service agreement with clients
• Coordinate with subject matter experts in the relevant Training Schools and provide inputs based on learning needs for courseware development and delivery

Contract Management

• Draft and negotiate contracts and service agreement with external organisation working closely with internal stakeholders from Legal Insurance Taxation etc.

Reporting and analysis

• Collate data for reporting and analysis to study trends and analyse service quality and standards to assess areas for growth and improvement

Requirements

• Possess a University Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• Attention to detail
• Passionate and thrive in the role of a Hunter
• Advance proficiency with MS Office suite of tools
• Analytical adaptable and possesses service mindset
• Comfortable working under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
