Demonstrated near-native or native language ability in Modern Hebrew A minimum of a Masters degree (M.A.) in a relevant field such as language pedagogy (preferably in Modern Hebrew language and literature) second language acquisition or linguistics Prior experience teaching Modern Hebrew language courses at the college/university level Experience in contemporary second language teaching methodologies instructional technologies heritage/non-heritage teaching and curriculum development are highly preferred Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Proof of ongoing professional development
