Are you passionate about precision and driven by a commitment to excellence As a Quality Assurance Specialist Engine Assembly youll be at the heart of our manufacturing process ensuring every engine meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. This is your opportunity to make a measurable impactusing your expertise in inspections problem-solving and continuous improvement to deliver products that power the world with confidence.
Key Responsibilities (What Youll Do):
- Champion Quality Standards: Ensure every engine meets strict quality requirements throughout assembly.
- Hands-On Inspections: Perform in-process and final checks to guarantee precision and compliance.
- Problem Solver: Investigate defects and non-conformities using root cause analysis; drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with production engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Participate in audits and implement best practices using tools like FMEA 8D SPC and control plans.
- Support Innovation: Validate quality requirements for new product launches and process changes.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and report key quality metrics such as defect rates rework and process capability.
- Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications (What youll have):
- Degree in engineering manufacturing or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing quality preferably engine assembly.
- Knowledge of engine testing and industrial painting processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
- Skilled in quality tools (FMEA 8D SPC root cause analysis).
- Strong analytical computer and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
