Key Responsibilities (What Youll Do):

• Champion Quality Standards: Ensure every engine meets strict quality requirements throughout assembly.
• Hands-On Inspections: Perform in-process and final checks to guarantee precision and compliance.
• Problem Solver: Investigate defects and non-conformities using root cause analysis; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with production engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Lead Continuous Improvement: Participate in audits and implement best practices using tools like FMEA 8D SPC and control plans.
• Support Innovation: Validate quality requirements for new product launches and process changes.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and report key quality metrics such as defect rates rework and process capability.
• Compliance Guardian: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications (What youll have):

• Degree in engineering manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing quality preferably engine assembly.
• Knowledge of engine testing and industrial painting processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
• Skilled in quality tools (FMEA 8D SPC root cause analysis).
• Strong analytical computer and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
