We are looking for an experienced Quality Management & Compliance Process Expert to support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

The Quality Management & Compliance Process Expert is responsible for implementing and validating Quality Management (QM) and Compliance processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment including strategic enhancements data adjustments and data migration activities. This role ensures that business processes comply with regulatory requirements industry standards and organizational quality objectives while leveraging SAP best practices. The expert also ensures that data migration taskssuch as preparation and data cleansingare completed according to the migration plan within site readiness and rollout projects.

Responsibilities

Process Design Adherence & Configuration

• Understand target processes defined by the Quality Value Center Global Process Owner (GPO) and configure SAP S/4HANA QM processes in alignment with business needs.
• Govern required data structures for QM processes and oversee data migration activities within site readiness/rollout projects.
• Integrate QM processes with related modules (MM PP SD) and strategic solutions such as the MHP Cockpit for end-to-end quality control.
• Set up compliance workflows to meet regulatory standards including ISO FDA SOX and GDPR.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain and support audit-ready documentation for compliance and quality processes ensuring accessibility for internal audits.

Testing & Validation

• Develop test scenarios for QM and compliance processes during SIT and UAT phases.
• Validate that configurations meet quality and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with site readiness/rollout project teams business stakeholders GPOs IT teams and data migration factory members.
• Identify training requirements and support rollout projects with guidance on QM and compliance functionalities in S/4HANA.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor process performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency compliance and data migration procedures.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and regulatory changes impacting QM and compliance ensuring alignment with ISO FDA SOX and GDPR frameworks.

Years of Experience

• 5 years of professional experience as a SAP Quality Management process and data expert in S/4HANA transformation projects including data migration experience. Experience with the MHP Cockpit is a plus.

Functional Skills

• Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
• Ability to combine deep process expertise with data migration skills.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of the SAP QM module integration points and data migration requirements when transitioning from non-SAP environments or ECC systems to S/4HANA.
• Understanding of compliance workflows and audit requirements.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities maintaining accuracy and data structure integrity under time pressure.
• Ability to balance stakeholder needs and harmonization requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Desired Certifications

• SAP certification in Quality Management or S/4HANA

Mandatory Technologies (must appear in the CV last 5 years)
