About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated caring and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4) to join our Autism Resource Base at St Marks School. You will work closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupils with autism and additional needs helping them access the curriculum develop independence and achieve their full potential.
This is a highly rewarding role where you will make a difference to pupils daily experiences and long-term addition to providing direct support to pupils the post includes line management responsibilities for other teaching assistants and the management of specialist resources.
