A well-established automotive retailer is expanding its fleet and is seeking a high-potential Sales Executive to join a reliable long-standing team.
Perfect for both trainees and experienced sellers who want to accelerate their career in the motor trade.
Performance & Capabilities
- Engineered to sell: New & used vehicles across two respected brands
- Enhanced handling: Guide customers from first contact to final handover
- Finance mode: Present and arrange finance (support available as needed)
- Customer-first suspension: Deliver smooth enjoyable buying experiences
- Team traction control: Work alongside a supportive experienced sales team
Optional Extras (As Standard!)
- 20000 basic uncapped commission
Current team earnings: 50k60k - Company car fuel card (no restrictions)

Ideal Driver Specification
- Confident outgoing and motivated
- Great with people retail/mobile phone shop experience a bonus
- Willing to learn and grow
- Full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
- Targets dont scare you they fuel you

Running Hours
- MonFri: 08:0017:30 (one day to 18:00)
- Saturday: 08:4517:00
- Sunday: 10:0016:00 (1 in 3 rota)
