Job Summary
As we onboard clients across new regions scale the team and expand our product portfolio our business complexity grows. Were looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to keep our accounting records accurate and up to date while owning high-quality managerial P&L reporting for a defined business area. Youll partner closely with FP&A and Accounting drive variance insights and strengthen our cost control and reporting frameworks.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
Ensure accurate recording of all business activities in managerial P&L reporting
Own the accuracy of P&L reporting for an assigned business area including revenue recognition and cost ownership
Partner with FP&A on variance analysis versus plan and forecasts
Provide clear financial insights and commentary to support decision-making
Maintain and improve reporting codes mappings and bridges
Coordinate monthly and annual closing activities with Accounting to ensure timely high-quality deliverables
Lead or support ad-hoc projects and new reporting requirements to enhance P&L reporting and scalability
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
Fluent English
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau or similar)
Higher education preferably in Economics Finance Accounting or Hotel Management
Experience in controlling/finance (financial planning business partnering is an advantage)
Working knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
Ability to interpret management reports and proactively drive cost control
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously as well as collaboratively
Are highly structured organized and detail-focused
Seek and apply feedback learn quickly and adapt to new situations
Proactively bring ideas that move the company forward and arent afraid to challenge the status quo
Communicate clearly and comfortably with colleagues customers and partners across countries
