Position: Mechanical Technologist
Location: Saint John Moncton or Fredericton NB and Halifax NS

Are you ready to take your career to the next level Were looking for an experienced Mechanical Technologist to join our growing team in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. This role focuses on HVAC and piping system design energy modeling and coordination for diverse building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and model HVAC and piping systems for construction packages including plans schematics and details.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration.
Perform energy modeling using software such as eQuest and HAP.
Conduct on-site data collection and reviews.
Prepare labour and material cost estimates.
Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering Technologydiploma from a recognized institution.
Registration with as or CET (or eligibility for immediate registration).
7 years of experience in mechanical system design for building projects.
Strong knowledge of Canadian Building Codes and mechanical engineering practices.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
Familiarity with controls systems (BMS EMCS BAS) is an asset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Flexibility to travel for site work.
