Position: Caregiver - 2217 L.Y
Starting Wage: $22.50/Hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm
Location: Eagle point OR 97542
Experience: Moderate
Client Bio: Hi! Im a fun curious and loving person who enjoys spending time with my family friends and community. I communicate using a mix of words a communication device and some sign language and I do best with someone who is patient kind and understands how I express myself. I enjoy routines exploring new activities safely listening to music and playing with toys. I sometimes get frustrated or excited so I need a caregiver who can stay calm consistent and supportive while keeping me safe at all times.
This role involves helping me with daily routines supporting communication and keeping me engaged in safe fun and meaningful activities. A strong caregiver will be flexible attentive and ready to provide hands-on support encouragement and companionship throughout the day. If you enjoy connecting with people making a difference and creating joyful moments this position is a great fit!

Who Were Looking For
- 18 years or older with 1 or more years of care experience
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get certified
- Own a smartphone
- Legal U.S. work authorization and background check
- Drivers license and insurance for some roles
- Must own a car to travel for this client to meet them at different locations for the shift

- Building Life Skills - Teach and model everyday skills like cooking managing money and understanding social cues - empowering members to grow and thrive.
- Keeping Things on Track - Follow care plans offer medication reminders and document progress so our team can celebrate every milestone together.
