We are seeking a driven and professional Showroom Sales Specialist to support a senior sales leader represent the brand effectively and drive product sales across builders retailers and walk-in customers.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key partner to the senior sales lead and support daily showroom operations
Communicate confidently with builders retail partners and walk-in clients to promote and sell products
Proactively make outreach calls to large builders and retail locations to expand sales opportunities
Manage showroom visitors and deliver an excellent customer experience
Demonstrate an eye for design and an understanding of building products
Learn the trade through hands-on involvement and assist with sales-related tasks
Operate independently and maintain productivity

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Hungry proactive and motivated to grow sales
Confidence in outbound calling and sales outreach
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Interest in design building materials or construction
Organized dependable and eager to learn the business
