We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Salò as:

Kids-Club & Kids-Entertainment Manager from 02/2026(m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of ecotainment concepts e.g. the Falkensteiner Rangers concept (educational program) for four age groups with a focus on nature research experience and the environment/sustainability.
• Organization planning and support in the implementation and design of entertainment and leisure programs. e.g. sports and creative activities science lab and master classes customized academies games excursions or in-house events
• Organizational management of Babyland Falkyland soft play (400 m²) and various play and edutainment worlds for children and young people of all ages in the public area
• Advising guests on leisure activities highlights and secret hidden places in the surrounding area and the Golm Adventure Mountain
• Supporting other teams at all kinds of events
• Completing administrative tasks e.g. ordering goods for the kids club creating duty and vacation schedules and conducting monthly inventories
• Weekly inspections (or as needed) to identify defects/damage and issue repair orders to the technical department/management
• Responsible for managing the entire entertainment team as well as recruiting and training new employees
• Training coaching and development of the entertainment team
• Continuous development of the entertainment department (activities games and sports equipment virtual world)
• Development organization and implementation of promotions entertainment highlights customized camps and animations in cooperation with FMTGs entertainment experts within the framework of the defined entertainment concept guidelines and with marketing support

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in leading and motivating employees
• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• Very good knowledge of German and Italian
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apaleo is an advantage
• You impress with your warmth and attention to detail
• Strong inclination towards cleanliness and high quality orientation
• Can-do attitude hands-on mentality and high flexibility
• Team player

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
