  • Innovate and Deliver:Design and launch new propositions that monetise Tesco capabilities and create scalable B2B offerings.
  • Shape the Future:Build and articulate future-state retail service models aligned toemergingtrends like AI and evolving retail ecosystems.
  • Lead Complex Projects:Take ownership of unstructured ambiguous initiatives with undefined outcomes driving clarity scalability and measurable impact.
  • Inspire Teams:Direct and motivate cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to deliver transformative solutions that challenge the status quo.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships:Identifyandestablishtechnology collaborations and plug-and-play solutions for Category Management and beyond creating integrated ecosystems.
  • Accelerate Growth:Develop compelling go-to-market strategies for new verticalsleveragingTesco capabilities to open new revenue streams and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Scan the Market:Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scans toidentifyemerging retail service models ensuring dunnhumby stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive Innovation Process:Contribute to the design of a structured innovation framework with clear stagesideation prototype pilot and scaleto bring ideas to life quickly.
