Job Summary
Job Summary:
The purpose of the Cut Table Operator is to be responsible for processing cuts on a cut table.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate cut table to maximize output.
- Inspect carpet for any defect before being tagged wrapped and marked for shipment.
- Operate lift truck.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Performance Expectations (if applicable):
- Standing and walking approximately 8 hours per shift.
- Reaching bending twisting stooping walking and squatting throughout shift
- Must be able to distinguish colors and shades.
- Must be able to use scissors.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read and write.
- Must be able to do basic addition subtraction division and multiplication.
- Computer or data entry preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Overtime is required on occasion.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- All accidents must be reported immediately.
