About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate our Chat Account (B2C) team in the 5th Settlement. You will be responsible for driving performance meeting sales targets ensuring excellent customer experiences and supporting your team s development. This role is onsite and requires flexibility to work rotational shifts (24/7).
Requirements
English level: C1 (mandatory)
Graduates only
Proven Team Leader experience in a similar role
Previous sales experience (required)
Excellent typing speed for chat-based communication
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work rotational shifts (24/7)
Ability to work onsite at 5th Settlement
Commitment to company policies and performance goals
