Job Summary
We are seeking a creative innovative and technically confident Design Technology Teacher to join a highly regarded Independent School in Norwich from January. This is an excellent opportunity to teach motivated and engaged pupils across KS3KS5 within a well-established DT department that places strong emphasis on creativity craftsmanship and high academic standards.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons contribute to curriculum development and support a strong co-curricular programme that encourages design thinking problem-solving and real-world application of technical skills.

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Design Technology Product Design Engineering or a related subject
PGCE / QTS
Ability to teach DT across KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong workshop practice and confidence with machinery and tools
Commitment to inspiring creativity independence and technical excellence
