As Office Manager you are responsible for running the clinic like its your own:

Lead coach and motivate administrative and clinical staff
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
Oversee daily operations: scheduling patient flow records and follow-up
Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals
Manage billing receivables inventory and basic financial processes
Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations
Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
Build a positive energetic results-driven clinic culture
