Schedule: Monday Friday
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Job Description (Short Version) We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on a skilled nursing/long-term care unit. This role requires strong leadership excellent clinical judgment and the ability to ensure high-quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities: -
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care.

Conduct daily rounds and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Manage admissions discharges and care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts.
Requirements: -
Active RN license (ME or Compact).

Minimum 2 years of RN experience; supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred.

Experience in LTC/SNF or geriatric care strongly preferred.

BLS certification required.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
