Job Description:
We are seeking a WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator to manage and support Juvare WebEOC V10 and assist with the migration to Juvare WebEOC NexUs. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams to ensure reliable system operations and may require flexible working hours during emergency activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Juvare WebEOC V10 for operational stability.
Configure and support GIS integrations and mapping services using the ArcGIS API.
Manage user roles permissions and incident configurations.
Develop and troubleshoot boards including code adjustments (HTML JavaScript).
Provide real-time user support and training during emergency operations.

Required Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with Juvare WebEOC V10.
Strong knowledge of user provisioning and incident management.
Proficient in HTML JavaScript and board creation.
Familiarity with GIS integration and the ArcGIS API.
Experience with cloud and on-premises WebEOC environments.
