Job Summary
Job duties: Check in patients Schedule follow ups make reminder calls to patients Print fax etc.
Soft skills needed for this clinic: Great customer service friendly problem solver
Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 80-100
Will they remain at one campus during the entire assignment Yes
Possibility of temp to perm: Yes if PC on leave does not return
Are you open to non-APeX trained candidates APEX trained is our major preference as we may not have the bandwidth to fully train.
