Job Summary

Job Title: Health Insurance Business Analyst (ACA/Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment ETL Cognos X12 EDI QA & Test Management)

Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience in Information Technology supporting complex software applications and systems.
Experience analyzing complex business processes and preparing reviewing and executing comprehensive test plans.
Experience documenting communicating and validating requirements across the full system process or product/service development lifecycle to support organizational objectives.
Experience preparing clear written communications for business stakeholders IT teams and management.
Experience working with Health Insurance the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or Medicaid including Eligibility and Enrollment processes (excluding Health Care delivery).
Experience using ETL tools managing batch jobs working with Rational Quality Manager developing reports in IBM Cognos or handling HIPAA-compliant X12 EDI transaction formats.
Experience reviewing and assessing technical specifications to ensure alignment with business goals and requirements.
Experience developing detailed test scenarios and test cases based on design use cases executing tests analyzing results and documenting defects using a defect management tool.
