About the Role

We are hiring Chat Process Associates for a leading chat-based customer service process. The hiring drive will take place in Bhubaneswar and selected candidates will be required to relocate to Ahmedabad for full-time office work.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat and other non-voice platforms
Provide accurate information and resolution in real time
Maintain quality speed and professionalism in written communication
Work in rotational shifts including night shifts

Eligibility

12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
Freshers can apply
Strong written English skills
Basic computer handling & typing speed
Willingness to relocate
