Salary Range: $2200-$3000/month

About the Role: We are looking for a senior HubSpot specialist who can fully own client RevOps in HubSpot. This is not a basic admin or cleanup role. You will design configure and optimize HubSpot for multiple SaaS clients working closely with the founder to translate business goals into scalable processes clean data and actionable reporting.

The right person is hands-on experienced and high agency: you actively propose improvements manage your workload and push projects forward without waiting to be told what to do. This role is also known as a Revenue Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HubSpot admin across multiple B2B SaaS client accounts.
  • Own CRM configuration in HubSpot: pipelines deal stages custom objects properties workflows automations scoring and integrations.
  • Design document and optimize RevOps processes: lead routing qualification handoffs renewals expansions and similar workflows.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give founders and GTM leaders clear visibility into pipeline conversion and performance.
  • Proactively identify issues in data quality processes or system design and drive solutions to completion.
  • Partner with the founder to implement RevOps roadmaps and project plans; translate strategic ideas into concrete builds.
  • Work closely with offshore team members when relevant to ensure consistent execution and standards.
  • Maintain high standards of QA and documentation so systems are reliable and understandable.
  • Over time optionally grow into a more client-facing RevOps role once you have mastered the stack and delivery model.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot administration for B2B companies ideally in SaaS.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub: workflows sequences lead management automation and reporting.
  • Strong RevOps background: you understand GTM funnels sales processes and the metrics that matter to SaaS leadership.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes in HubSpot not just executing tickets.
  • Very strong data hygiene and QA mindset: you care about clean objects properties and reporting.
  • High agency and ownership: you are comfortable pushing back making recommendations and managing up when needed.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly and concisely in an async remote environment.
  • Full-time availability: this role is not a side project or gap filler.

Preferred Requirements

  • Salesforce admin or configuration experience in addition to HubSpot.
  • Prior experience working with multiple clients or in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Background in vertical SaaS or similar high-growth software businesses.
