The Lead AI Client Adviser is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of key Thomson Reuters AI Solutions customers focusing on increasing product adoption utilisation and value realisation. The role acts as a trusted adviser to clients directly engaging with them to understand their use cases drive solution adoption and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and customer experience.

About the Role

In this role as a Lead AI Client Advisor you will be accountable for:

  • Customer Engagement & Value Realization: Lead customer meetings to understand use cases document requirements and advise on communication strategies; Provide training and best practices to drive product adoption and help customers measure ROI toward desired outcomes

  • Retention & Expansion: Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities support renewal processes and contribute to achieving partner attach metrics and strategic account goals

  • Customer Advocacy & Success: Develop customer success stories and case studies to demonstrate solution value; Act as a customer advocate internally promoting long-term goal planning and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Product & Market Influence: Collect and synthesize customer and market feedback to inform product roadmap development and M&A due diligence decisions

  • Collaboration & Thought Leadership: Work cross-functionally with sales marketing and partner teams to develop campaigns and align strategies; Share industry insights through papers events and community engagement

About You

Youre a fit for the Lead AI Client Advisor position if your background includes:

  • Legal experience and practical knowledge of legal practice

  • Experience in supporting change management and digital transformation efforts

  • Proven customer-centric mindset and commitment to exceptional service

  • In-depth understanding of TR content AI and software technology products

  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships

  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to analyse data and solve complex customer challenges

  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams

  • Strong understanding ofthe evolving legal services landscape

  • Experience in project management and delivering technology-driven initatives

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For Ontario Canada the target total cash compensation range for this role is $130000 CAD - $180000 CAD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
