Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and talented Apparel Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our exciting line of clothing. As an Apparel Designer you will play a critical role in the design process transforming concepts and inspirations into wearable art. You will be responsible for researching fashion trends creating sketches selecting fabrics and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure that our designs not only meet aesthetic standards but also align with functionality and market demands. This position requires a balance of creativity and technical skills making it essential for you to have a strong understanding of garment construction techniques fabric properties and the overall production process. You will be expected to keep up with industry trends and incorporate them into your designs all while maintaining the brands identity and vision. A successful Apparel Designer will have an eye for detail be able to work under tight deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. If you have a passion for fashion and a portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling apparel we would love to hear from you and discuss how you can contribute to our brands thorough market research to identify current and future trends in apparel innovative and visually appealing sketches and technical drawings of clothing and select fabric swatches and materials that align with design concepts and production with cross-functional teams including product development marketing and merchandising to ensure designs meet company the sampling process providing feedback and adjustments to prototypes and final garments as fabric shows trade shows and other industry events to stay informed about new materials and and present design concepts and collections to stakeholders articulating your vision clearly and degree in Apparel Design Fashion Design or a related experience of at least 3 years in apparel design preferably in a similar role within the fashion portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop along with knowledge of 3D design -depth knowledge of garment construction techniques and fabric communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight : $80000 - $85000 a year - Full-time
