About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our CQA this role you will work closely with Product Sales Engineering and Customer Success to ensure ongoing deals pilots and POCs run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn how product teams operate in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Track ongoing deals pilots and POCs ensuring milestones are met and blockers are resolved on time.
Collect structured client feedback post demos and pilots; synthesize insights for the Product team.
Support research and information gathering on product usage competitor offerings and market trends.
Maintain weekly status reports & dashboards to track POC success deal movement and operational KPIs.
Act as a coordination bridge between Sales Product Engineering and Customer Success for smooth execution.
Help streamline feedback loops and operational processes across teams.
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to organize information follow up proactively and manage multiple workstreams.
Basic familiarity with Excel/Sheets; bonus if you can use dashboards or reporting tools.
Interest in product operations customer workflows or SaaS environments.
A self-starter with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
