Job Summary

Summary: IT Operations Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure ensuring reliability performance and efficiency across systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT infrastructure and daily operations.
- Supervise IT staff and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure high availability of systems and applications.
- Implement IT policies and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and optimize IT performance metrics.
- Coordinate maintenance updates and upgrades.
- Manage IT budgets and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for IT needs.
- Report IT performance and incidents to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT operations or management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and networks.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Skills/Duties:
- ITIL or similar certifications.
- Experience in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Knowledge of IT service management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
