Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of robust and scalable automation test frameworks using Python C# FlaUi and Ranorex.
- Architect test strategies and solutions aligned with healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards.
- Drive the implementation of API test automation and integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation goals and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Integrate and champion Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices using frameworks like SpecFlow or Behave.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level automation engineers conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools technologies and practices to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure adherence to best practices quality standards and regulatory compliance in test automation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing and test framework development.
- Expertise in Python and C# for automation with a strong focus on scalable and maintainable code.
- In-depth knowledge of FlaUi Ranorex API testing and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow Behave etc.).
- Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline integration and source control using tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
- Proven leadership in defining test automation strategies and leading automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to drive cross-team collaboration and influence automation direction across the organization.
