About The Opportunity
This role is perfect for someone whos ready to take charge lead from the front and own the delivery of top-tier residential roofing projects.
Working closely with the Operations Manager youll take the reins on-site coordinating teams solving problems on the fly and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard safely efficiently and with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee job sequencing safety and quality control
- Lead and supervise roofing crews across multiple sites
Represent company values and set the standard on-site
- Maintain daily site operations and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate clearly with team members clients and stakeholders
Take ownership of on-site troubleshooting and smooth project delivery
About You
Youre confident on the tools but also know how to lead. You enjoy working in a high-performing environment where your contribution matters and youre not afraid to step up and take charge.
Youll Bring:
- A current drivers licence and White Card
- Solid hands-on experience in metal roofing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and site management capabilities
- Physically fit with a sharp eye for detail and workmanship
- Working at Heights and high-risk licences (advantageous)
- A sound understanding of roofing systems flashings and installs
