Job Summary

Position Role: Lead SO2 for the Pers aspects of HQ SJC regeneration planning for the Army.

1. Part of the Pers team contributing to all matters concerning regeneration - both through the Strat Red and mass mobilisation.

2. Planning on GENESIS (Army Regeneration) with liaison with AHQ MOD and OGDs with a focus on Pers issues.

3. Cohere SJC regeneration effort through the BLBs.

4. Deliver GENESIS proof of concept exercises through Ex STEADFAST DEFENDER 27.

5. Provide regular Pers focused analysis and command direct into Comd SJC and COS SJC to support Army ECAB and ExCo decision making as well as written ministerial briefs.
