Crafted Highlights:

In the role ofCustomer Coordinator working in Toronto Ontarioyou will be part of the Sales Enablement Team a branch of the Commercial Operations Team. This position will support the Ontario sales team reporting into the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure the flawless execution of all sales activities in Ontario. They will ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete timely and accurate by maintaining regular communication with cross functional teams as well as with the Ontario Sales Team leads.

What Youll Be Brewing:

  • Maintain monthly promotion communications with internal stakeholders and update promo calendar
  • Ensure all avenues of launches and projects are complete timely and accurate working closely with cross functional teams to enable brilliant sales execution
  • Support ONT Sales Managers & KAMs with customer reporting budget reconciliation and ad-hoc business development product registration and LCBO requirements
  • Create and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross functional teams (Demand Planning Supply Planning and Deployment) to enable sustainable brilliant execution
  • Support in ad-hoc initiatives such as new channel development/e-commerce

Key Ingredients:

  • You have aBachelorsdegreeOR equivalent experience (2 years)in the field of sales operations
  • You have atleast2 years experienceinsales and/or project management
  • You possess strong organization analytical thought and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Power Point
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Experience working on projects with cross functional teams preferred
  • Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $67700.00 - $88800.00 (posting salary range) 10% target short term incentive $11000 on average spent on benefits per employee including but not limited to health dental vision retirement with above market employer match wellness incentives and EAP paid time off (including holidays vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
