ROLE SUMMARY:
Seeking a fulltime employee to join our team as the Zone Technical Expert Bottlewashers as a key contributor in the North American Strategy focused on Equipment Process Support. Working as a front-line worker while upskilling and providing process improvement initiatives on the Bottlewasher Packaging Process role also includes high level electrical support for the Canada Breweries Packaging Process and teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • North America Zone Canada Breweries Technical Expert role supporting the Packaging Bottlewasher and Electrical components including date code equipment quality inspection equipment and inline instrumentation.

  • Primary owner of all Bottle washer and electrical technical training roadmaps curriculums and content supporting major upskilling initiatives including the Subject Matter Expert program.

  • Provide Technical Training to leadership equipment operators and process support technicians.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and benchmarking initiatives.

  • Lead zone wide subject matter experts routines networking and best practice implementation.

  • Responsible for Bottlewasher and Electrical component Overhaul and Recipe Benchmarking.

  • Primary Zone Representative for Bottlewasher and electrical component vendor and material suppliers including escalated support efforts equipment modifications/improvements and respective material quality and changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar

  • 7 years of Manufacturing Process Experience

  • Required Bottlewasher equipment technical expertise

  • Required Packaging Coding and Inspection Technologies

  • Technical Training Instructor experience preferred

  • Experience with process improvement tools and methods preferred

  • Adhere to safety and 5S requirements
