The Position
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to employees and guests
- Oversee a focused team of service professionals across the Culinary Beverage and Function offering
- Take accountability for innovation offering solutions for continued service food and beverage growth ideas
- Understand the importance of staff mentoring the next generation and take steps to train motivate and succession plan
