Job Description: Your Impact
Are you a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing people and driving results As an Operations Manager youll lead our crews to ensure every installation meets the highest standards of quality safety and customer care. Youll play a key role in building a high-performing growth-minded team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges we want to hear from you.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Lead and manage each of our 3-person crews providing coaching and support.
- Conduct quality assurance checks in the field to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to maintain alignment between proposals and installations.
- Resolve escalations quickly and professionally serving as a field-level problem solver.
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience ideally in construction or field operations.
- Passion for people development and hands-on coaching.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively while responding quickly to operational challenges.
- Pre-employment screening includes but isnt limited to motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
