Job Summary
Executive manages an organizations technology aligning IT strategy with business goals through infrastructure management project leadership budget oversight and team guidance focusing on security efficiency innovation and supporting all departments with robust cutting-edge tech solutions handling everything from daily operations to strategic planning and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligning tech with overall business objectives; advise leadership on new tech.
Operations: Oversee daily IT operations including servers networks hardware software and system performance.
Security & Compliance: Ensure data security integrity and compliance with regulations; manage risk and implement protocols.
Project Management: Lead IT projects system upgrades and new technology implementations.
Budgeting: Manage IT budgets optimize resources and handle procurement.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage IT staff; provide guidance and performance evaluation.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand needs and provide effective tech solutions.
Support: Ensure smooth IT support for staff often via helpdesk systems and troubleshooting.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors in IT Computer Science or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in IT management project management and infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Networking cybersecurity cloud computing (AWS/Azure) system administration databases ITIL.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication problem-solving strategic thinking and ability to work under pressure.
