Responsibilities :

1) Manage day to day floor and centre operations

2) Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to consultation

3) Coordinate doctor schedules appointments and patient queries.

4) Supervise and guide the staff

5) Handle patient queries and escalate issues when needed

6) Maintain operational checklists and support inventory/consumable tracking.

7) Facilate communication between doctors nurses embryologists and admin teams.
