Responsibilities
Were looking for an operational leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end transport operations and commercial performance within the country ensuring service excellence profitability and business growth.
- Lead and manage transport operations ensuring service quality cost efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Drive financial performance manage P&L and achieve business targets and KPIs;
- Oversee process improvement SOP development and ensure operational consistency;
- Collaborate across departments and business units to support new solutions and client development;
- Manage third-party logistics providers monitor performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards; participate in audits and HSSE initiatives;
- Identify new business opportunities and support solution design for client needs;
- Lead and support workforce planning capability building and team development.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in any discipline;
- At least 5 years of manage experience within the logistics industry;
- Proven track record in managing vendors driving efficiency and aligning with business goals;
- Strong commercial acumen and operational leadership experience;
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Familiarity with safety standards process improvement frameworks and team leadership.
