We are looking for a talented Community Management Officer to join our team where you will contribute to managing client communications coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth efficient and high-quality community and project workflows.
Responsibilities
Manage client communications across email social media and project management tools.
Log track and follow up on client requests tasks and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Social Media Content SEO Design and other teams to assign and monitor tasks.
Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy branding consistency and professionalism.
Assist with onboarding new clients setting up tasks and providing required guidance.
Prepare weekly internal and monthly client reports ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized documentation version control and workflow records.
Identify workflow improvements and suggest strategies to enhance client satisfaction and team efficiency.
Stay updated on social media trends community engagement strategies and best practices to improve client engagement continuously.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
13 years of experience in social media community management or client-facing roles
Experience in marketing social media or healthcare (preferred)
Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools (preferred)
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong customer service and client management abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Strong multitasking problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Professional email etiquette
Understanding of project workflows and approvals
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
Strong understanding of online audience behavior
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok X LinkedIn)
