Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily posting across major social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn X etc.)
Create schedule and publish content that supports brand goals
Plan monthly content calendars and collaborate with our marketing team
Monitor engagement respond to comments/messages and maintain positive customer interactions
Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports
Research trends hashtags and competitor activity
Support social media campaigns and promotions
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
Requirements
Requirements
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Ability to create basic graphics or videos using tools like Canva
Excellent written communication skills (English required; German is a plus)
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Comfortable working with a team across different time zones
Nice to Have
Experience with paid social media campaigns
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights TikTok Analytics etc.)
Experience working remotely for international companies
