Job Summary

Summary

We are seeking experienced Speech and Language Therapists (Logopäden) to join established healthcare institutions across NRW Germany. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals of all ages affected by speech language voice and swallowing disorders. The therapist will play a key role in accurate assessment diagnosis and implementation of evidence-based interventions contributing significantly to patient recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech language voice and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
Design and deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
Provide specialized treatment for articulation fluency voice disorders neurological speech impairments and developmental communication challenges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
Work closely with physicians physiotherapists psychologists and other healthcare professionals in coordinated care settings.
Offer guidance counseling and education to patients and their families to support treatment adherence and long-term success.

Requirements

University degree in Speech and Language Therapy recognized in Germany (Anabin H classification required).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a licensed Speech Therapist.
Proficiency in German at C1 level (mandatory).
Advanced English language skills at C1 level (required).
Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment tools diagnostic techniques and evidence-based therapy methods.
Strong interpersonal communication and empathy skills for effective patient and family interaction.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Benefits

Salary: 3300 gross per month
