Job Summary
Summary
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech language voice and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Provide specialized treatment for articulation fluency voice disorders neurological speech impairments and developmental communication challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records including progress notes and treatment outcomes.
- Work closely with physicians physiotherapists psychologists and other healthcare professionals in coordinated care settings.
- Offer guidance counseling and education to patients and their families to support treatment adherence and long-term success.
Requirements
- University degree in Speech and Language Therapy recognized in Germany (Anabin H classification required).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a licensed Speech Therapist.
- Proficiency in German at C1 level (mandatory).
- Advanced English language skills at C1 level (required).
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment tools diagnostic techniques and evidence-based therapy methods.
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy skills for effective patient and family interaction.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Benefits
Salary: 3300 gross per month
