Job Summary
Angott Search Group is partnering with a Michigan-based engineering company at the forefront of advanced mobility systems to identify an Operations Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role for an operations executive ready to drive performance scale processes and support long-term growth.
Reporting directly to ownership/CEO the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across project management (including P&L) production supply chain facilities inventory and quality while shaping strategy developing talent and strengthening operational discipline.
What Youll Do
Lead and optimize manufacturing assembly and project execution for efficiency quality and on-time delivery
Drive operational strategy KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee supply chain purchasing inventory and logistics to ensure resilience and cost control
Champion quality safety and compliance standards
Partner with leadership customers and key stakeholders to support growth and innovation
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Operations or related field (MBA preferred)
8 years of senior operations leadership in engineering/technology with project management purchasing/logistics production management and quality control.
Proven experience scaling operations leading cross-functional teams and improving performance in a technology-driven setting
