Job Summary

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Lead Service Technician based in Austin TX. The Lead Service Technician is the key organizer and communicator to run large (over $100000 revenue in labor) projects or long-term (over 1 month) engagement installations in the field.

This position will work remotely in the field in Austin TX for a second shift assignment (5pm-1am) with a base pay range of $ 35/hr. 38/hr. The assignment is expected to last for 12 months. Mandatory overtime as needed.

What you will do

  • Lead National Install Team Installers
  • Communicatejob site progressissuesand conflict resolution with end users on site
  • Serveas company liaison by sharing consistent reportsof job progress to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assure the project is completed as efficiently as possible
  • Mentor and develop National Account Techniciansto becomeRegional Technicians
  • Providetechnical training/certification to End Users Distribution Partners Integrators Technicians and Sales Staff

What we require

  • Commercial door hardware experience
  • A valid state drivers license without restrictions

  • Associated degree in a technical field
  • 3 years of experience
