Are you passionate about problem solving and helping people Do you have a deep technical background want to work closer to customers and contribute to making AXIS OS even greater Then this is for you! We are looking for a Product Specialist for AXIS OS in the product management team in Lund.

AXIS OS is the Linux-based operating system used in most of your Axis network devices. Its the heartbeat of more than 200 Axis products and tens of millions of devices deployed at customer sites. Its purpose-built to live up to the most important criteria for network devices: high standards for cybersecurity ease of integration and long-term value.

What youll do here as AXIS OS Product Specialist

You will be a go-to person when it comes to how customers use our products and your role you will cooperate with many different parts of our organization interacting with R&D support and sales engineers across the world as well as partners and customers.

You will continuously learn new technologies and have the freedom to work with improvements.

Your work can be divided into these areas:

• Provide input to new feature and product development. You will be the expert on customer needs and expectations.
• Provide user-friendly technical documentation training materials and training sessions both for internal teams (e.g. sales support) and external customers or partners.
• Prioritize troubleshoot and solve complex support cases escalated from our local support teams worldwide either on your own or in close co-operation with other Product Specialists or R&D engineers.
• Give feedback to R&D on issues that customers and users experience to improve and maintain AXIS OS. Be part of the entire lifecycle of AXIS OS releases.

We are looking for a driven and structured individual that likes change and every day challenges that will occur in this role. You have a service-minded attitude. You want to understand technical matters and have the ability to explain them to others.

As a person you are communicative have social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You are always open to helping customers and colleagues contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment.

To be successful in the role you need to be self-driven and able to prioritize and balance multiple requests from different stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. You also need to be curious about new technologies.

Wed love to hear that you have:

• A technical education and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience in working with Axis products and solutions.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• A pedagogic approach both spoken and written when explaining technical matters.
• Interest in and preferably experience of creating technical training materials educational videos and documentation.
• Excellent English skills written and verbal.
• Swedish language skills but if not the desire and ambition to learn.
