Due to the secure nature of the programme you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

In this role you will craft persuasive client-focused proposals that showcase CGIs capabilities and shape the success of key pursuits. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts across the business transforming complex information into clear compelling content that strengthens our position in the market. Your work will help drive growth across our UK Government client portfolio ensuring every submission reflects CGIs standards creativity and commitment to long-term partnership.
You will take ownership of content quality explore new ways to enhance impact and work within a supportive network of professionals who bring insight and guidance at every stage.
Key responsibilities:
Research write and organise high-quality proposal content
Conduct interviews with stakeholders to extract key insights
Interpret and articulate CGIs products services IP and case studies
Maintain consistency in tone style and messaging across submissions
Write edit and refine proposals based on feedback and reviews
Develop and update CGI marketing collateral
Lead and enhance our web content
Create and manage a content library for client proposals

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To succeed in this role you should bring strong proposal-writing experience excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders. You should be comfortable translating complex ideas into compelling narratives and managing multiple deadlines with precision.

Previous experience writing compelling proposals
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Sound strategic planning capabilities
