Job Summary
NOW HIRING: Park Maintenance-Seasonal
JOB SUMMARY:Seasonal Park Maintenance is responsible for performing general park and facilities maintenance and cleanup. This includes mowing custodial athletic field maintenance routine tasks and projects.
LOCATION: TPPD Park Maintenance Building 16801 S 80th Ave. Tinley Park Illinois
QUALIFICATIONS:The qualified individual must hold a valid clean drivers license at all times. This person should be well motivated possessing good decision making and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of hand tools and small machinery a plus. Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
INCENTIVES: This summer seasonal position will work 40 hours a week with a schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm and one weekend day 7am-12pm as decided by departmental need. The Wage Range is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour and qualifies for a complementary membership to the Fitness Center Recreation Center and Water Park. $16.00 will be the entry level wage rate per hour for all new hires.This seasonal position may have an opportunity to continue as part-time (24 hours per week) during the Fall/Winter months. Referral program eligible.
